The Story

Research says it takes approximately 30 days to break a habit.  Or to begin a new one.

I am 32.  And to be honest, I don't like what I see.  My youngest child is two and half and I am still carrying baby weight.  I stay up too late.  I never relax.  There are too many things I would like to be learning and doing.  

I intend to improve my life... 30 days at a time.  This is primarily an accountability project for myself, but if you have stumbled upon this humble blog, feel free to poke around and join me in the journey!
